About us
A talent business built around vocational skill.
Trade2Teach exists because the people who can teach a trade properly are already doing that trade — and nobody was asking them.

Why we exist
What we believe
Further education has a recruitment problem that is not really a recruitment problem. The talent exists — electricians, engineers, chefs, carers, technicians — but the route from a trade into teaching is unclear, and the conversation usually never starts.
So we start it. We ask a small number of well-chosen questions, we structure the answers properly, and we keep in touch with people whether or not they are ready to move today.
How we work
How we handle data
We treat the information people give us as sensitive personal data. Consents are recorded separately and kept as a full history. Nothing identifiable is shared with a college without consent to that specific introduction.
We use AI to summarise and organise what people tell us — never to invent facts about them. Everything an AI produces is reviewed by a person before it is used.

Our commitments
How we behave, in three lines
- We ask little and learn a lot
- A short, well-designed set of questions beats a long form nobody finishes. Structure does the rest.
- Consent is recorded, not assumed
- Every permission is stored separately with its wording and date, and we keep the full history.
- People review everything
- We use AI to organise and summarise what people tell us. A person checks it before it is used.
