The challenge
Strong technical candidates rarely look at college job boards. Many have never thought about teaching, and those who have often do not know where to start.
Our approach
- We reach tradespeople and technicians directly through sector-specific content and outreach.
- We speak to every candidate about their experience and their reasons for wanting to teach.
- We send you concise profiles built from what candidates told us, reviewed by our team and shared only with the candidate's permission.
- We support candidates through micro-teach preparation and offer.
How it works
- You brief us on the vacancy.
- We search our network and source further relevant candidates, including people not actively looking at education vacancies.
- We screen candidates for relevant industry experience and motivation to teach.
- We share an anonymised profile, according to the candidate's preferences.
- We disclose the candidate's identity only with their explicit permission for that introduction.
- We support the process through interview, micro-teach and appointment.
What to send us
The job description, salary range, working pattern (full-time, part-time or sessional), campus location and anticipated start date.
Commercial terms
We work on a traditional placement-fee basis, and you pay only when you appoint someone we introduced. The fee is agreed in writing before we introduce candidates, invoiced when an offer is made and payable when the candidate starts. Colleges do not need an account or portal; you deal directly with a named recruiter.
