Terms

Terms of use

The basis on which we provide this website and registration service.

1. About these terms

These terms apply when you use the Trade2Teach website, send an enquiry or register your interest. Trade2Teach is the trading name of Trade2Teach Ltd, company number 17438407, at 11 Yelden Close, Rushden, NN10 9AE. By using the service, you agree to follow these terms.

Version 0.3. Effective date: 23 September 2026. Last reviewed: 23 September 2026.

2. What the service does

Trade2Teach helps experienced tradespeople and vocational professionals explore teaching and training opportunities. We create structured Talent Profiles, manage college and provider requirements internally, produce non-identifying talent intelligence and, where the Talent agrees, make introductions.

A Talent Profile is not a CV. Registration is an expression of interest, not a job application, employment offer, recruitment contract or guarantee of contact, interview, work, suitability or appointment.

3. Information you provide

You must provide information that is accurate to the best of your knowledge and must not knowingly mislead us. Tell us if important information changes.

Do not submit another person’s personal information unless you have their permission and the right to do so. You remain responsible for free-text information and should not include unnecessary confidential, sensitive or third-party information.

4. Talent Profiles and AI assistance

We structure registration answers into a Talent Profile. We may use human-reviewed AI assistance to summarise and organise supplied information. AI does not rank Talent, make employment decisions or replace the underlying answers. Our privacy notice explains this processing.

5. Introductions

Trade2Teach will not provide identifiable Talent information to a college or training provider for an introduction without consent for that specific introduction.

An introduction does not oblige either side to proceed. Any interview, checks, offer, employment, contracting, teaching or other engagement relationship is directly between the Talent and the college or provider. Each party is responsible for its own checks, decisions, agreements and legal obligations.

6. Acceptable use

You must not misuse the site, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with security or availability, introduce malicious code, scrape or systematically extract information, impersonate another person, submit unlawful material, or use the service to infringe another person’s rights.

We may restrict access or remove material where reasonably necessary to protect the service, users or our legal position. Any suspension or termination wording is [LEGAL REVIEW].

7. Website content and intellectual property

The website, branding, design, text, reports and other Trade2Teach content are protected by intellectual property law. You may view and share links for lawful personal or business reference, but may not copy, sell, republish or present our content as your own without permission.

You retain rights in information you submit. You permit Trade2Teach to process it only as needed to provide and operate the service, subject to the privacy notice and your consent choices. Final licence wording is [LEGAL REVIEW].

8. Third-party services and links

The service uses or links to third parties, including postcode, email, hosting, authentication, AI and optional analytics services. Third-party websites and services have their own terms and privacy practices. Trade2Teach does not control external sites merely because we link to them.

9. Availability and accuracy

We aim to keep the site available and information accurate, but cannot promise uninterrupted, error-free or always-current service. Content is general information, not legal, financial, career or professional advice. Funding, policy, vacancies and provider requirements may change, so verify information before relying on it.

We may change, suspend or withdraw parts of the site where reasonably necessary.

10. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

Subject to that, proposed exclusions and any financial cap for loss arising from use of the site, registrations, content or introductions require [LEGAL REVIEW]. No wording here should be treated as an approved exclusion or limitation until that review is complete.

11. Changes, governing law and contact

We may update these terms when the service or law changes. We will publish the current version and effective date here; material changes may require additional notice.

Governing law and courts: [LEGAL REVIEW — CONFIRM UK NATION AND JURISDICTION].

Questions about these terms can be sent to hello@trade2teach.com or by post to Trade2Teach Ltd, 11 Yelden Close, Rushden, NN10 9AE. The method and deemed-receipt rules for formal legal notices remain [LEGAL REVIEW].
